2017 retrospective #1

2017 retrospective #1

Earlier this year I heard Joe McNally speaking on the Chase Jarvis podcast. Joe was talking about a conference that he attended for several years. Contributors were asked to introduce themselves with their 5 best photos. Joe decided to show his 5 best shots taken that year.

So, I’m going to adapt that idea for this week and show the best images from this blog in the past 12 months. The decision-making process was difficult and involved the rest of my family. Not all decisions were unanimous… or democratic!

You may disagree with the choices. If so, let me know!

After today, the images will appear without words, although I will add a link to the original entry.

The two towers #1

The two towers #1

We spotted this tree as we wandered through the ‘Christmas by the River’ market on a grey, grisly Sunday afternoon.

By wandering around the tree to find the best angle for the photo, I was able to include the Tower of London and Tower Bridge. A very London-y Christmas view.
